Not to mention a fully filled out, hand written thank you note (I didn't even write ones that nice for my wedding!!) And some of the sweetest interactions! I wish I could buy more from her store 🩷

5 out of 5 starsI chose the 48" peacock Christmas tree topper. It both fulfilled and exceeded my expectations. It is beautifully made in every last detail. The train is very full, with a generous use of feathers and just the right color of fabric backing. (I did not even think about the importance of the right backing material, but they did.) Ivyndell went the extra mile and took great care to make sure I was getting exactly what I envisaged. Not only did they create a magnificent decoration for my tree (around which the rest of my holiday decor was based) but they had it ready in record time - even ahead of schedule! I would not hesitate to order anything from them in future. They have the right artistic sensibilities to do what they do and the right customer service policies to back it up. Order with complete confidence.
